Here are some of the best sources I’ve found:
Daniel Schmachtenberger’s March 20 video on where we are and what we should think about as we (as individuals and society) assess the landscape. Click here to dive in.
Johns Hopkins’ map of the spread of the virus. Click here, but don’t believe Russia numbers. That would be silly.
The best article I’ve read yet, by Tomas Pueyo. Click here.
To summarize:
Stay home. Literally as much as you can.
Assume everybody has it.
Wash hands (better than you ever have, ever).
Don’t touch your face, especially if you’re out and about.
One other thing. This isn’t about fear: it is about love. Most of us are healthy enough to survive this bug without hospitalization. Avoiding a bad flu is not what all this is about. Rather this is about saving the entire healthcare system of all of humanity. If we do not all get on board, lots of people will die, not just from COVID, but from not being able to get care we need for other issues because the system is overwhelmed.
Stay home. Please.
